Fees for 2 hours: $275 (Included a E-Report from the visit)

 

This service is best suited for occupied properties and “Do It Yourself” homeowners.

 

3- HOME STAGING SPECIALITY:

  • Second Visit after the TO DO LIST for the staging.

 

Fees for 2 visits, the first one is 2 hours and the second visit is between 4-6 hours.  Included a E-Report.

This is usually done after the Home Staging speciality package.  It is just to maintain the staged look if needed.

This service is best suited for occupied properties and “Do It Yourself” homeowners who live outside of Calgary.

Fees are $60 / hour.

Fees for Seniors only (+ 65): $1200.
